Bachelor Medicine - UHasselt

The basic training program of Medicine currently takes 7 years, divided into three bachelor and four master years. Only studenst who have passed their entrance examination have permission to subscribe for the educational program of Medicine. The bachelor program of Hasselt University distinguishes herself from other universities by multidisciplinary teaching modules spread over a period of 5 weeks. In addition, attention is paid to the concept of education (self study) and development of skills that every docter needs during his/her practice. Besides being a medical expert, a docter also has good communication skills, is a team player, a manager and scientist, showing a professional attitude and attention for promotion regarding health and disease. These aspects are a start for a life long eduducation.
