The event starts on Sunday evening with dinner at 19.00 and ends on April 25 after lunch at 14.00.
The Fox Closing Event will take place in Ol Fosse D'Outh in Hoeffalize (http://www.olfossedouth.com/) (Ardennes). As the venue is not easily reachable by public transport a bus will be organized which departs on April 22 at 16.30 at the train station in Liege. The train station is called Liege-Guillemins (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Li%C3%A8ge-Guillemins_railway_station).

On April 25 there will be a bus driving from the venue arriving again at the station at 16.00. On Tuesday April 24 there will be an excursion to the brewery of Achouffe (http://www.achouffe.be/en) in the afternoon.

Registration is 350 Euro and includes hotel (single-room), all meals, excursion, bus transport to and from Liege.

Deadline for registration is February 15.
