FOR STUDENTS WITH A NON ECONOMIC ACADEMIC DEGREE (BACHELOR OR MASTER)
Students aspiring to participate need sufficient background knowledge of economics, business and management. You can acquire the necessary knowledge by successfully concluding a preparatory programme. Depending on previous qualifications you can obtain exemptions in the preparatory programme. It can also be combined with the master programme but you need to respect the sequentiality rules.
FOR STUDENTS WITH A NON-ACADEMIC, BUT ECONOMIC BACKGROUND
(This bridging programme may also contain courses in Dutch!)
Students with a non-academic bachelor degree in economics, business or management aspiring to participate need to prove relevant and sufficient background knowledge and competences. You can acquire the necessary knowledge by successfully concluding a bridging programme. It will be tailored to your specific background and consists of 59 ECTS credits maximum. In case of exemptions, this bridging programme can be combined with the master programme if the sequentiality rules are respected. Decisions about admission and exemptions are made by the Examination Board of the programme on individual basis.
Applications for exemptions have to be formally submitted to the Examination Board, along with a clear motivation and the requested documents.
* Under restriction of further approval by the executive board.
** Some courses are organized in Dutch in semester 2 because of the unbalance in ECTS over both semesters for the courses in English. Students who will follow all courses in English need to take this unbalance into account.
