| Morning | General introduction Road (un)safety: magnitude of the problem, basic concepts, global and international perspective, situation in developing countries. | 3 hrs |
| Afternoon | Start group assignment / country: The participants describe the situation in their own country through a general introduction and aided by various information sources (publications, internet, ...). The participants present the results, which is followed by a discussion. Finally the most important bottlenecks are determined. | 3-4 hrs |
| TUE 11/10 | ACCIDENT REGISTRATION, DATA INTERPRETATION AND TRANSLATION INTO POLICY | |
