WEBSHOP: PLACING, FOLLOWING UP ON, OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

How do you place an order, or how can you follow your order state, or cancel this order?


How to place an order?

  1. Surf to webshop.uhasselt.be and log in with your student number and password.
  2. Choose "English" as setting.

  3. Choose "New order".

  4. First choose a category by clicking on the icon with the red and blue Arrow. A list of articles will appear.
     
  5. Click on the button "In cart" corresponding with the item you wish to purchase. 
  6. When you are done shopping, click on the button "Examine cart" on the right side of you screen.
  7. In the following window you can remove items from you shopping by clicking on the word "Verwijder". Click on "Confirm order" if you are ready to place your order.
  8. The order is now placed and you will receive an e-mail as confirmation. 
    If you do not receive an e-mail the order is not placed and something went wrong. If so then please place your order once more.

How to follow your order state?

Surf to webshop.uhasselt.be, log in, set to English if necessary and choose on the left "Overview orders".

Click on the icon with the arrows corresponding with the orders of the current academic year to consult your orders of that academic year.

In the fourth column you will find the state of your order.

State state explanation
Requested As long as your payment has not been registered by our financial department your order will remain in the requested state.
Ready for collection  There are x 'article description' in stock.
You can collect your order with the printed order at the mentioned location. 
Your payment is ok There are no 'article description' in stock.
You order is not in stock. An order will be/is placed with our supplier. It will take some time before the item is in stock again.
Canceled The order is cancelled. If you already payed for your order it will be reimbursed after processing by our financial department.
Picked up You have collected your order.

How to cancel an order?

Surf to webshop.uhasselt.be, log in, set to English if necessary and choose on the left "Overview orders".

Click on the icon with the arrows corresponding with the orders of the current academic year to consult your orders of that academic year.

On the right side of your order there is a button that will let you cancel your order as long as you haven't collected it yet.

If you've already payed for your order then clicking this button will also send a request for reimbursement to our financial department.
