Servicedesk

The Self service portal is 24/7 available for all your IT related requests and issues via https://servicedesk.uhasselt.be. You can also reach the portal via the mobile 4me-application on Android Play store and on Apple store.

You can find us at the following locations after making an appointment via the Self service portal:

  • campus Diepenbeek: lokaal C8.  
  • campus Hasselt: Oude Gevangenis lokaal B0.11.
  • Please contact the servicedesk via our to to make an appointment. Only in cases of great urgencies can one use the following phone number.: 011/26.81.31

Office hours:

Office hours 8.00h - 18.00h
Monday by appointment only
Tuesday by appointment only
Wednesday by appointment only
Thursday by appointment only
Friday by appointment only

The helpdesk counters are no longer in service but the servicedesk will work on appointment based on the request via the portal.

These appointments can be:

  • Digital (via a online call)
  • On location at the servicedesk 
  • On location at your UH-station

The Servicedesk will still be available via phone for urgent matters with high impact.
