Please note

All doctoral school activities taking place from mid-March until the end of August have either been digitalized or postponed to a later date. For activities planned later on, we await further guidelines from both Hasselt University and the Belgian government.
For each specific workshop, course or information session, we aim to find the most appropriate solution, based on the activity’s content and duration, as well as on the preference and possibilities of the trainer/speaker(s). For activities with upcoming registration deadlines, we have added information on the format below, as far as possible.

CALLS

1. Call for international & intersectoral mobility

Thanks to the financial support from the Flemish Government, the doctoral schools of Hasselt University are able to award travel grants to PhD students and postdoctoral researchers for participation in an international summer school or a short research stay abroad. Also, PhD students and postdoctoral researchers can be awarded intersectoral mobility grants for intersectoral summer schools or research projects conducted at and in collaboration with non-academic institutions (companies, hospitals, …). The current call concerns activities in the period July - December 2020. The submission deadline is June 15, 2020. You will receive the result of your application by June 30, 2020.
