IN THE PICTURE

Notice concerning the PhD subscription fees

In the academic year 2015-2016 the Flemish Government adapted the subscription fees for Higher Education in Flanders, including the subscription fees for doctoral students. A number of doctoral students whose doctoral file was approved before 1 November 2015 pointed out that the amount of the new subscription fee, that is to be paid in the year of their defense, is higher than indicated in the doctoral regulations that apply to them.
