1. PhD introduction day

On February 20, 2020, the second PhD introduction day of academic year 2019-2020 will take place. As the name suggests, this day is meant to welcome recently started PhD students at Hasselt University. During this day, you will receive information about doing a PhD at Hasselt University, the doctoral schools and research data management. In the afternoon, you can attend one of two parallel workshops, which will give you an idea of the type of activities offered by the doctoral schools. More information is available here. We warmly welcome all recently started PhD students to attend this introduction day!

2. Facebook group - PhD @ UHasselt

This (closed) Facebook group is meant to be an informal forum by and for PhD students at Hasselt University. It can be used for networking, but also for asking each other questions and sharing social, cultural or academic activities and ideas. Whatever you want to share with your fellow PhD students: shoot! If you are not a member yet, feel free to join!

3. Schedule meeting with coordinator

For questions related to the DS requirements, DS portfolio, course offer, ... you may schedule a meeting with one of the coordinators of the DS. Single or simple questions may still be asked by email, but for multiple questions this is the preferred approach.
