Senne Seneca receives award Feb 08, 2019
De heer Senne SENECA
Dr. Senne Seneca of IMO-IMOMEC's NSI-group headed by prof. dr. Anitha Ethirajan has been awarded a scientific prize - Gustave Boël-Sofina fellowship.
"Very much pleased, honored and humbled for being awarded the scientific prize Gustave Boël - Sofina Fellowship by “La Plateforme pour l’Education et le Talent”! Looking forward to spend 6 months abroad at the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research (Heidelberg) under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Spatz (Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Prize2017) in 2020. Prima facie, I would like to thank the Research Foundation Flanders and the King Baudouin Foundation for selecting me as a beneficiary of this special fellowship. But equally important, special thanks to my promoters, friends and family for allowing me to seek my own way and make my own decisions, though steering me in the right direction whenever it was needed."
