Indian company Heyaru Engineering settles in Lommel to produce synthetic diamond Jan 03, 2019

Heyaru Engineering will start building its factory in Lommel. In the first three years they will focus on juwelry diamond. The next step is to explore diamond applications in electronic applications.
"In the longer term, the ambition is to work together with IMO-IMOMEC to investigate the possibilities of synthetic diamond for quantum computers and sensors. One of the reasons why we come to Lommel is indeed the diamond research at IMO-IMOMEC (UHasselt)." says Vikram Shah (Herayu Engineering).
