- You have to register yourself at the student administration department
In case you visit UHasselt as a member of staff
After approval of your appointment by the Executive Council/Board of Directors, the Personnel Administration & Data Management Unit contacts you personally, enters your data into the personnel management system, draws up your contract, has it signed by the HR Director and returns it to you. If you take on an appointment exceeding 50%, you will be invited for a reception interview.
On your first working day (1st or 16th of the month), the HR department will receive you as a new staff member and will explain how the university operates. You will also be provided with the applied terms and conditions.
