Symposium 'equality and non-discrimination law'

On the occasion of awarding an honorary doctorate to Dr. Susanne Baer, Professor of Law at Humboldt University (Berlin) and Judge of the German Bundesverfassungsgericht, and of launching this festive year of its 10th anniversary, the Law Faculty of Hasselt University cordially invites you to a symposium in honour of Prof. dr. Susanne Baer on the theme of equality and non-discrimination law. 

The symposium will be taking place on Tuesday, 29 May 2018 at the Stadscampus of Hasselt University, Martelarenlaan 42, 3500 Hasselt.

Four researchers at the Centre for Government and Law (CORe) will present recent work related to equality and non-discrimination. Prof. dr. Susanne Baer will offer her remarks and reflections during the open discussions following each presentation.
