The focus in this research topic is on how the players involved together give form to organisational change, innovation and learning, how they can do this successfully and what concrete issues need to be managed in this regard. Central points of attention are (a) an organisation's own dynamic of change and learning, (b) various types of organisational change and learning, (c) the behaviour of the players involved and (d) the quality of relationship-building in connection with the quality of the learning and change process. We look specifically at the way in which people can together build trust, leadership (‘shared leadership’), co-ownership and together learn in contexts of organisational and inter-organisational change and learning. These contexts cover, for example, organisational development in profit and non-profit organisations, process advising, leadership development, the learning family firm and managing interdependencies and joint learning in business chains/networks.
