Working with Legaltech Legidex

This session is a part of the PhD efficiency trajectory (25/04/22 - 29/04/22) for PhD students of the Faculty of Law. Other courses included in this trajectory are:

This session will give an introduction to LegalTech for Belgian and European Law. It will also show how to work with Legidex

Learning outcomes

At the end of the session, participants will:

• have a general insight in LegalTech,
• have experienced working with Legidex,
• be aware of the possibilities and limitations of LegalTech/Legidex.

Competences

An important part of preparing for any further professional step is becoming (more) aware of the competences you have developed and/or want to develop. In the current workshop, the following competences from the UHasselt competency overview are actively dealt with:

• academic research competences
  • data management
  • information management
  • research methods
