Orientation programme

At the start of each semester, orientation days are organised for international students to show them around Hasselt University and give them information about administrative procedures, the electronic learning environment, insurance, Belgian culture, student societies, bicycle renting, etc. Furthermore, these days are an ideal opportunity to get to know other (international) students at Hasselt University.

• Each year, the orientation days of the first semester take place on Tuesday, Wednesday - Thursday - Friday of the second week of September.
• The orientation day of the second semester each year takes place on the beginning of February.

The orientation days for the first semester take place from then the 11th till  15th of September 2023.
