For the current academic year (2022 - 2023)

1. Ask permission via the academic advisor of the study program of your choice
   Fill in the application for late enrolment (pdf, 49 KB) and review this together with the academic advisor of the study program of your choice. The academic advisors are happy to help you and support you in making the right decision. 
   
   
2. Do your preregistration online
   Based on your pre-registration file, we have a clear overview of your study path and personal data. The last step within this process is "Uploads / Downloads" where you can upload your diplomas. Were you a student at UHasselt? Then you can skip this step. 
   
   
3. Book an appointment to finalise your registration
   You can book an online or face-to-face appointment at Campus Hasselt.
   
   International students have to finalise their registration on campus. However, distance learning students can book an online appointment.
