Is a final program available yet?

No, the program is currently under construction. As soon as a tentative program is available, it will be shared on the website.

Do I need to register for the conference if I'm also giving a contribution?

Yes, you need to registrate. If you present at the conference, you must register and complete payment. Only then will you gain access to the conference.

How can I pay?

You can pay via:

  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal

I would like to come to the conference, but I am no longer available for all days. Should I still pay for the full 3 days?

No, you can also join for just one day! The price for one day is 250 euros.

What can I do during a free moment in Hasselt?

The city of Hasselt offers many opportunities. Various activities are suggested through the City of Hasselt's website.

  • Sipping a jenever at the Genever Museum
  • Shopping in the cozy side streets of the Hoogstraat

I have some dietary requirements. Can I communicate these in advance?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate your dietary needs! You can provide your dietary requirements when registering in Conftool.

Are there silent (non-working) rooms open during the conference?

Yes, there are! Quiet rooms will be provided where you can meditate, pray or pump in peace and quiet.

Would you like to work quietly during the conference? The quiet room is not the appropriate place for that. We provide some study rooms to work during the congress.

Is the conference location within walking distance of the train station?

Yes! You can walk in fifteen minutes from Hasselt station to Hasselt Univeristy campus Old Prison. Here you can find more information.

Is it possible to attend the conference online?

Yes, you can purchase the digital package for 150 euros. The keynotes are recorded and this recording will be sent afterwards

Is it possible to contribute remotely?

Yes, but ony for the symposium is it possible to contribute online. However, at least one of the participants must be physically present at the conference.
