1. Course 'Project Management Fundamentals in an AI-Supported Context'

Managing research projects as a postdoc often means dealing with complexity, uncertainty and many different stakeholders. This specific project management course helps you bring structure, focus and confidence to your projects — from defining the scope and planning under uncertainty to monitoring progress, engaging stakeholders and securing results. You will also explore how AI can be used as a smart sparring partner to challenge assumptions, structure complexity and support better decision-making.

Previous participants called this “one of the best Doctoral Schools courses” they had attended, highlighting the excellent trainer, the tailored approach and the practical advice linked to their own project challenges! Ready to manage your projects with more confidence and impact? Register now.
