• The registration of participation is binding.
• If you have to cancel the registration, you get 80% back until 30 days before the start of the event. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
• The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference programme may be subject to changes.
• Payments will be refunded if the conference will be cancelled by the organiser. In that case, the organiser will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
• GEOMED2024 reserves the right to cancel the workshop and return all fees to the registrant in the event there are insufficient registrations for the workshop. In addition, in the event that GEOMED2024 is cancelled, registrants will receive a full refund.
• In the event of a "no-show" cancellation, no refund will be issued.
• GEOMED2024 will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation fees or hotel deposits. ALL refunds will be processed after GEOMED2024 has concluded.

You also grant GEOMED2024 the right to contact you electronically or by other means regarding your registration, events, or programming related to the GEOMED2024 conference.
