CERIC-ERIC call for free access to more than 60 scientific instruments

Research, Internationalization

What?

The Central European Research Infrastructure Consortium (CERIC-ERIC) is calling for proposals for coordinated access to more than 60 scientific instruments (NMR, XRD, MS, …) and support laboratories for research in all fields of materials, biomaterials and nanotechnology. A detailed description of the facilities available in CERIC can be found here. In addition to the possibility to access several instruments through a single application, CERIC also offers support for mobility.

Who?

Access to CERIC is open to scientists from all over the world and free of charge, provided the results and data are made available to the community in a reasonable time, according to their Scientific Data Policy.

Application?

Proposals could be submitted in two steps. The first step allows a pre-evaluation of the proposal at the facilities, followed by two weeks for editing before final submission at the second deadline. It is suggested to take advantage of the pre-evaluation, but proposals can also be submitted directly at the second deadline of 1 April, 17h00.
