You can contact the Academic Advisor of your programme for questions about:
– your study programme
– the composition or changes to your programme
– deregistration
– exemption requests
– the EEL regulations
– exam results
– study progress measures, etc.

Appointments can take place on campus, online (Google Meet), by phone, or via email.
Always check your confirmation email for the exact details and note that the correct time zone for an appointment is CET / Brussels.

You can reach our “Student Point” every working day. From 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM CET (Monday to Friday) is a student counsellor available to assist you.

Summer Availability 2026

From July 11 to July 26 and from August 3 to August 14, Student Point will only be available via email at studentpoint@uhasselt.be.

During the week of July 27, Student Point will be closed and we will not be available via email.

From August 17 onwards, a member of the student support staff will again be physically present on campus.
