You can contact our “Student Point” on every working day.
From 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM CET (Monday to Friday): A student counsellor is available.
From 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM CET (Monday to Thursday): A fellow student will assist you. On Mondays and Wednesdays, this will be an international student.
Summer Availability
From July 11 to July 25 and from August 4 to August 10, Student Point will only be available via email at studentpoint@uhasselt.be.
During the week of July 28, Student Point will be closed and we will not be available via email.
From August 11 onwards, a member of the student support staff will again be present on campus.
