Are environmental laws threatening our economy?

How is it possible that we still can't go shopping in the Uplace shopping and leisure complex, that the Antwerp ring road is not completed and that Limburg is still waiting for a north-south connection? It seems as if the grumbling of a few people with big mouths is paralyzing the country. Prof. dr. Bernard Vanheusden is head of UHasselt and a lawyer.  He explains why environmental laws are so strict.
