Next generation Sequencing infrastructure (Research)
Abstract
The ambition of this project is to establish a next generation sequencing platform overarching several departments at Hasselt University for applications in life sciences and different biology research fields. The current consortium brings together researchers from more than 7 research groups, including a strategic collaboration with researchers from VITO. A multidisciplinary NGS platform will allow efficient usage of the equipment. The platform will be used in different research projects and can be opened up for additional research groups.
