Title
Development of novel Flemish by-product based cementitious binders (Research)
Abstract
This research project aims to indicate research gaps and weaknesses, and to promote further research and development for those aspects to ultimately improve the commercial viability in the short-to-medium term of cementitious binders from steel slags, phosphogypsum and incineration ashes in the Flemish industrial landscape for (yet to be determined) niche or bulk applications, as a sustainable alternative to traditionally used ordinary Portland cement (OPC).
