Study of the interventions of the Civil Protection (Research)
Abstract
Since the implementation of the Civil Protection reform, the Civil Protection has been criticised a lot. The main reason is the reduction in the number of operational units, which would have an impact on the intervention times and, consequently, the security of citizens. On the one hand, this study aims to analyse the quality of the service provided by the Civil Protection, as well as any problems experienced by various stakeholders and their needs. On the other hand, the choice of the location of the operational units of the Civil Protection is also being examined.
