Title
A statistical bioinformatics workflow to fuel proteomics-driven precision medicine. (Research)
Abstract
The project is focused on the proteomics platform SomaScan. The project aims to evaluate different methods for normalizing and analysing SomaScan data. We also aim to integrate with genetic data and find new ways to use proteomics data in drug development. We will develop a dashboard to help navigate and interpret the high-dimensional data.
