Title
Development of a multi-level and interdisciplinary 'Best
Practice' for diversity and inclusion (Education)
Abstract
The faculties of ARK and RWS are joining forces on the theme of 'inclusive and diverse'
with the main objective: gathering and disseminating knowledge about diversity, and realizing an
attitude among students, teachers and the professional field through the design paradigm
Universal Design. A new, interfaculty OPO,
'Designing with people', will be developed as a 'Best Practice for inclusion and diversity' which will be
linked to the civic story by engaging in sustained collaboration
with clients and experts by experience. The knowledge developed within this OPO
on interdisciplinary and inclusive teaching and evaluation methodologies, and on the
establishing an efficient, inclusive collaborative structure, can be university-wide
be used to take diversity and inclusion to the next level.
