Title
Support and reinforcement of the bachelor programme in physiotherapy and rehabilitation at the University of Parakou, Benin (Education)
Abstract
The objective of this project is to enhance the partnership established in 2020 between UHasselt and UParakou through a Memorandum of Understanding. The focus is on supporting the launch of a new Bachelor's program in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at UParakou by utilizing UHasselt's expertise in blended teaching and e-learning. The project involves the development of hybrid courses, on-site lectures, and the use of mobile health solutions in collaboration with the NGO partner, Humanity & Inclusion, to improve the quality and accessibility of rehabilitation services. In addition, the project aims to provide ongoing education and training for local teachers to sustain the new approach over time.
