U-SAVE (Research)

Demonstration of smart windows in utility buildings and smart shading in a test building. The main goal of the U-SAVE project is to further develop and demonstrate a thermochromic smart window for application in utility buildings. The thermochromic materials in these windows provide substantial energy savings by letting heat in during the winter and keeping it out during the summer.
