Integrated approach through first-line zones for reintegration into the labor market among the long-term sick (Research)

This project aims to integrate reintegration of persons into the labor market after long-term illness into the functioning of primary care. More specifically, we will develop a test case together with Flemish primary care zones. We will extrapolate these findings to an implementable plan of action of other frontline zones.
