Cooperation between Hasselt University and UCLL regarding PWO-project: Resilient healthcare professionals in maternity care (Research)
Abstract
In practice, maternity care professionals, mainly gynecologists and midwives, are confronted with complex challenges such as an overloaded health care system or exposure to stressful situations during labor and delivery. The current project aims to strengthen the resilience of maternity care professionals to prevent compassion fatigue.
