Stochastic Resetting (Research)

The central theme of this research stay is on stochastic resetting, a topic which presently is an active field of research situated within the realm of Statistical Physics. In a general context, a resetting event takes a physical system out of equilibrium by a sudden change in any of its degrees of freedom. We consider stochastic resetting within the framework of microscopic Brownian motors.
