Title
Uncovering triggers responsible for regulatory T cell loss of function in neuroinflammation (Research)
Abstract
This research investigates the autoimmune disease multiple sclerosis (MS) and the role of regulatory T cells (Tregs), which play a crucial role in controlling immune responses. In MS, these Tregs become dysfunctional, leading to a breakdown in immune regulation. We aim to identify the triggers behind this loss of function in Tregs, with the goal of preserving their protective properties and restoring their ability to regulate the immune system in MS.
