Title
Return to work through primary care: The development of a toolkit for general practitioners (Research)
Abstract
This project, led by KU Leuven in collaboration with UHasselt, Hogeschool PXL, and the primary care zones of Leuven and North Limburg, aims to integrate long-term ill individuals into the labor market within the primary care zones. It builds upon findings and recommendations from a previous project (Return to Work – Importance of Primary Care Zones, 19/12/2022-18/12/2023). This new phase focuses on further developing intervention pathways per target group and creating a referral tool for general practitioners to direct patients to suitable employment professionals. This tool will be developed through co-creation with both primary care zones and subsequently tested and evaluated.
Period of project
01 January 2024 - 31 December 2024
