REWORLDING and LISTENING. Building and expanding a network of excellence on Participatory Design with and for socio-environmental challenges. (Education)

This DIOS Incentive Fund project aims to build and expand a network of excellence on Participatory Design (PD) with and for socio-environmental challenges. The project is an extension to two ongoing EU-funded projects (REWORLDING and LISTEN). This top-up funding (in addition to funding from the research projects and partners) from DIOS will allow us to give these projects a broader international outreach (a.o. through initiatives within the EURECA-PRO network, through crossovers sought with the VLIR-IUC project in Tanzania, etc) and to increase local involvement (UHasselt, partner schools, local and regional actors) in the international consortia of the REWORLDING and LISTEN projects. The DIOS project involves several activities, of which the main event involves a four-day symposium and network event that will start on 8.10.24, marking the official kick-off of the REWORLDING and LISTEN projects.
