Early aortic replacement in asymptomatic severe aortic stenosis compared to known watchful waiting. (Research)

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of early intervention versus watchful waiting approach in patients with asymptomatic severe AS, including as intervention options both transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) and minimally invasive surgical aortic valve replacement (minimal-SAVR).
