AI-driven innovation management (Research)

In recent years, rapid advancements in AI technologies have significantly transformed the ways organizations operate and organise themselves. This PhD aims to identify the challenges that innovation ecosystems face in solving complex innovation problems and to explore how AI technologies can help mitigate these challenges. Innovation ecosystems are defined as "collaborative arrangements through which firms combine their individual offerings into a coherent, customer-facing solution" (Jacobides, 2018). By identifying the challenges these ecosystems encounter and examining how AI technologies can address them, this research seeks to provide valuable insights into the organization of innovation ecosystems and opportunities to enhance the value they generate.
