Title
Research Study on the Impact of Reforms Supported by the Recovery and Resilience Facility in the
Area of Digitalisation of Public Administration. (Research)
Abstract
The digitalisation of public administration is a pivotal aspect of modern governance, enhancing
efficiency, transparency, and accessibility. This study examines the impact of reforms supported by
the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) on digital transformation across selected Member
States. Focusing on Cyprus, Germany, Greece, Portugal, Romania, and Slovenia, it evaluates progress,
reform alignment, and broader socio-economic effects. The analysis includes literature reviews,
econometric studies, and assessments of administrative burden reductions. Key outcomes will inform
future policy strategies to bridge digital divides and ensure the equitable delivery of digital public
services.
