Integrated approaches to data modeling in dose–response bioassays (Research)

The aim of this project is to better understand how insecticides affect insect mortality in experiments that follow survival over time. The study considers both the grouping of insects in Petri dishes and the fact that mortality happens gradually. Two complementary approaches will be used: first tested with simulated data and then applied to a real dataset provided by Syngenta. The expected results aim to improve the evaluation of insecticide effects and to contribute to safer and more sustainable agricultural practices, in line with the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
