The place of national courts in the changing fundamental rights landscape of the European Union (Research)

The growing complexity of fundamental rights protection in the European Union is very problematic for national courts. This research will examine how national courts in selected countries are affected by the changing relationships between the European Court of Human Rights and the European Court of Justice.
