Title
Moleculary Imprinted Polymers for Waste Water Treatment (Research)
Abstract
The IOF-project WasteWaterMIP aims to develop methods to remove API contamination (active pharmaceutical ingredients) in waste water streams based on MIP technology. The projects aims to generate IP in this domain, and in a later stage the creation of a spin-off is a possibility. This project is a collaboration between the imo-imomec institute of UHasselt and a company. Several pharmaceutical companies have already shown strong interest as a potential client.
