Capacity build statistic with pilot region Eastern and Southern Africa (Education)

This VLIR-UOS cross-cutting project intends to enhance statistical expertise in Eastern and Southern African universities (including institutions with a running IUC programme). This project constitutes the third year of a 5-year programme. The first two years (1st stage) were dedicated to the development of new courses in statistic in local partner universities, and finalization of existing ones. The coming three years (2nd stage) will further finalize the new courses, will establish new MSc programmes, improve the human capacity in teaching the courses, create a collaboration group among the partners and start the extension of the network to new VLIR-IUC partners.
