UHasselt is joining the Veggie Challenge! Take on the challenge together with your fellow students or colleagues this March.
On March 1, 2025, the Veggie Challenge kicks off—a free online coaching program that challenges you and your fellow students or colleagues to eat more vegetables for 31 days. Choose your own challenge: veggie, flexi, or vegan. It’s great for your body, the planet, and your taste buds! We’re also competing against other schools and universities. Sign up as a team and support each other!
In the Veggie Challenge app, you can easily track your eating habits as a group, follow each other’s progress, and see your collective impact in real time. Plus, you’ll get access to delicious recipes and useful tips on plant-based eating. Did you know that 90% of participants continue eating more veggie after the Challenge? This is your chance to create lasting change together!
PS: Did you know that UHasselt PhD student Rosaly Severijns has proven that this approach works?
