REVAL
The REVAL research group of the Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences focuses on interdisciplinary and technology-supported research within rehabilitation, with attention to clinical applications. The patient is the central focus point, with the aim of promoting the functioning, health and well-being of every person.
We all wish to live healthy and independently. Life, however, brings on challenges.can take an unexpected turn. Anybody at some point might need rehabilitation.
At REVAL, we dedicate our research to advancing rehabilitation care by developing and validating innovative therapies, treatments and technologies that improve patients’ lives.
We combine diverse expertise in our 5 technology platforms to shape the future of rehabilitation.

REVAL Academy offers further training activities within various rehabilitation domains:
- Rehabilitation of cardiorespiratory and internal disorders
- Rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders
- Rehabilitation of neurological disorders

- Rehabilitation in the elderly
Evidence-based action and updating physiotherapy techniques and insights are central to every further training activity.
There is also further training on anatomy.
