Fabrication of a 3D all-solid state Li-ion battery via chemical solution depostion. (Research)

The project will focus on the chemical solution deposition of a threedimensional thin film microbattery on Si substrates. The research will encompass cathode, anode as well as electrolyte materials. Their integration into a functional full battery cell will be the final aim of the project.
