Development and organization of a training for accountants and auditors about the transfer process and the emotional / relational aspects of a business transfer. (Education)

This training will be developed specifically for accountants and auditors based on a training for coaches and advisors already developed by Hasselt University and AMS. This training will bring insight to the different facets and factors that play a part in a business transfer. Service providers will learn to better map out their own situation. Obstacles are removed and the horizon of solutions will be broadened. Upon completion of this training, service providers will be better at estimating the circumstances of their clients and prospects, which will lead to a better understanding of clients and a more efficient service. The training will also lead to a more uniform development of transfer plans.
