Abstract
The project 'weTCOat' aims at building generic knowledge in TCO precursor synthesis and formulation, film formation through wet deposition, thermal processes, annealing behaviour and their influence on the layer' performance in view of developing a cost effective, high throughput deposition technology for photovoltaic modules.
