As of now, you can book your appointment for your final on-campus registration for the upcoming academic year 2026 - 2027.

Make sure to select a date and time, and fill out your personal data and registration number at the bottom of the page.

All on-campus appointments will take place at UHasselt, campus Diepenbeek - Agoralaan, building D (location and accessibility campus Diepenbeek). Please bring your passport and admission letter with you to your appointment. 

Be sure to complete your registration before the academic year starts.

If you are admitted to a distance learning programme, you will be automatically enrolled once the tuition fees have been paid, shortly before the start of the academic year.
