Content

This two-hour remote course helps doctoral students increase their productivity by focusing on three key areas: defining what’s desirable via prioritisation (manage priorities), setting realistic goals and expectations (manage expectations) and executing effectively through time, space and action management (make it happen). It emphasizes practical habits such as organising physical and virtual workspaces, minimising interruptions, breaking tasks into manageable parts and saying “no” when needed.
By combining mindset shifts with concrete time-management and environment-optimization strategies, the course equips PhD candidates to move from intention to measurable progress.
